he “Instituto Electoral del Estado de México” through development and exercise of its committees, makes processes faster, allowing to achieve the right compliance as the needed activities that allow the polling day, to happen and also those which are related to the protection of the political-electoral rights of the citizens and spreading of civic education.
Electoral advisers and directors integrate five committees added to the “Instituto” and electoral public workers. That’s the case of the “Comité de transparency”, and one of its purposes, according to the “Ley General de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública” is to introduce, coordinate and supervise. Talking about the applicable disposition, the actions and procedures are to ensure better efficacy on solicitudes that have to do with access to information, besides of promoting training and keep public workers’ knowledge up to date.
