The mayor of Toluca Juan Rodolfo Sánchez Gómez said during the signing of agreements in the cooperation convention between the cooperation of the municipal government and the human rights, commission of the Estado de México. “human rights topic is not negotiable, nor marginal is a substantial topic. Mostly because nowadays it exists an energetic need of the society to try to make terms on legal certainty and equality for everyone”.
Sanchez Gomez said that the government of the city is working on the reconstruction of a stronger end freer society giving, as a result, an environment of equality. Which builds a challenge for Toluca. Where the poverty levels are high. That is why it is necessary to work. In order to recover the economic momentum and leadership in the sectors that give economic strength to the capital. Because it is urgent, that Toluca recovers its industrial and scholar vocation.
