Deliver institutional initiative of UAEMex; Hauling is denounced in Networks

The rector of the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de México (UAEMex), Alfredo Barrera, delivered to the Local Legislature, the initiative of reforms to the Organic Law institution approved in June of 2018 by the University Council, through which he seeks to be ratified in the position, for a period of a total of 8 years, the same as actual directors of all campus, organizations and faculties.
It was expected that this initiative, designed by Luz Maria Paz Zarza Delgado, being a general lawyer of the institution before going to PEMEX, was presented by the governor since the past year, however, due to still unknown reasons it was postponed.
The delivery of the document, was made in midst of a polarized environment, as students and independent groups of teachers arrived at the Local Legislature to support the initiative presented by a fraction of Morena in order to democratize the process of assigning of positions and transparency in the use of resources within the UAEMex- due to anomalies detected in the last Public Account of 2017 , the rector arrived after leading a massive "support" march, from Ciudad Universitaria to the Local Congress.
