What a pity that our SUTEYM-ISSEMYM union, along with the ISSEMYM authorities have planned and organized in such a despicable way the distribution of places that one tries to compete. You have to register in the first place to a "ladder contest", which comes out at least every two years. Riddled with inconsistencies and irregularities, which accepts participants who do not meet the requirements, and being level 12, look for levels 22 and take away the opportunity to colleagues who not only meet the requirements, but in some cases even exceed them. Well, our authorities are used to us being quiet for fear of reprisals, ordered the contest so that the places they require will be assigned to their acquaintances and many others will be deserted, so that in the next call they can assign whom they decide. This time we did not remain silent, and we raised our voice to more than 50 comrades from only central offices (the Valley of Mexico is missing). We went to the union to ask them for a logical answer of why so many were deprived of the right to compete for a seat, and why the place does appears in the call but not in the contest. The secretary Merced Antonio Garduño did not stick up.
We did not get any support, no solution from the union, from the personnel area. The person who answers the extension 1805, Viridiana Ovando, daughter of a former unionist is the most rude, despotic, arrogant and incompetent person there may be, however, she appeared in the list of participants ... what a coincidence.
