CDMX, Notimex.-About four decades ago, he earned the nickname of "Iron Prosecutor" for having imprisoned 1,200 officials in his role as anti-corruption prosecutor. But over the years, his work as a lawyer jumped to the other side and already has a history of advocacy of people accused by the investigating authority, when before he was the accuser.
Now, the ex-prosecutor of iron defends the purchase of the company Agro Nitrogenados made by Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) at the time of the direction of Emilio Lozoya, cataloged as a pile of scrap metal.

During the presidency of President José López Portillo, in 1977, he was appointed special prosecutor to combat corruption. Under the command of the prosecutor Óscar Flores Sánchez, he investigated three thousand officials, ex-employees, businesspersons and employees of the private sector, of whom he imprisoned 1,200.
With that record and his infamous reputation, he earned the nickname of "El Fiscal de Hierro".
Recently, she represented the ex-director of the Enrique Rébsamen School, Mónica García, who is currently in jail, and now she is taking charge of the defense of the former Pemex director, Emilio Lozoya Austin.
