Authorities of the State of Mexico presented in the municipality of Ixtapan de la Sal a new AAP of the Judiciary, as well as a new Civil Court Online. Both tools will tentatively expedite the service to the people and their lawyers.
In the act, the Mediation Center of Huixquilucan was also put into operation.
The mobile application of the PJEM is a tool open to the general public, which facilitates access to justice quickly. You can also consult relevant legal information and court files, which will reduce time and costs for courts, lawyers and users .
For its part, the Center for Mediation Conciliation and Restorative Justice of Huixquilucan offers tools for alternative solutions to conflicts in the community. Also it will have powers and competencies to intervene in solutions of civil, family, commercial and criminal disputes, among others, informed authorities of the Edomex.
