The majority of the members of the Cabildo de Toluca, headed by the mayor Juan Rodolfo Sánchez Gómez, approved near midnight on Wednesday, the permits and opinions for the construction and operation of two Pemex gas stations, whose files were archived from the passed administration because they did not meet all the technical requirements and with the proviso that the stations were already operating for two years, that is, illegally.
