The Instituto Electoral del Estado de México (IEEM) started the procedure to destroy and exchange of documents and carton that is not used, since the last month. This, derived of the Election of councils of the Legislature, and members of the City Hall 2017-2018, reason why they will get blank recycled sheets of paper.
According to the electoral law, the IEEM, should contact a new enterprise that develop the activities of recollection, moving, , destruction and exchange of paper and carton that is not being used, that uses ecological procedures on recycling the paper and the carton, profiting the environment, in all moment taking care of the security and confidentiality of the documents. And that in doesn’t generate any additional expenses and, on the other hand, gives a benefit in kind, to the Instituto.
