Rafael Hernández Tovar, a resident of the Tablas del Pozo de Ecatepec neighborhood and a student of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), will participate in the Robot Challenge contest in Beijing, China. The trip will be with the support of Mayor Fernando Vilchis Contreras.
"When we are at the podium, when they give us a medal, when we have reflected all our money, time and effort invested in our robot, we realize that in Mexico there is quality of education" said the 26-year-old student of Telematics in the Interdisciplinary Professional Unit in Engineering and Advanced Technologies (Upiita), of the IPN, during a talk with the mayor of Ecatepense.
