Deputies of the 60 Legislature unanimously approved a point of agreement for the Secretary of Finance Rodrigo Jarque Lara to appear to appear, between September 24 and 27 to explain the reason for the delay in the delivery of pending resources corresponding to the State Fund of Municipal Strengthening, and affecting 80 percent of the municipalities of the entity.
When presenting the point, in plenary, Deputy Azucena Cisneros Coss denounced that municipal authorities have indicated to Finance to act with partiality, delay and arbitrarily in the delivery of said fund, because nine months after the Legislature approved 4 thousand million pesos for FEFOM Public Investment, only 48 percent of the projects have been approved.
He accused that with the tightening of the guidelines that the Ministry of Finance presented unjustified delays that meant that only 8 municipalities had authorized projects exceeding 75 percent of the labeled resources.
