The government of Ecatepec works in the reconnection to the deep drainage of the La Piedad avenue pipeline of the San Agustín colony, with the aim of making the eviction of water from this and other nearby roads, such as San Felipe avenue to prevent future flooding in the zone.
Fernando Vilchis Contreras, municipal president of Ecatepec, personally supervised the works in this community, which consist of the installation of concrete pipes to connect this line to the deep drainage that goes to the Emissor Oriente Tunnel (TEO), thus avoiding overloading the 25th camber, because each rainy season its capacity is exceeded, causing it to overflow.
