Protesters of the Presumption of Innocence and Human Rights collective, arrived at the Local Congress to demand the resignation of the current head of the Attorney General's Office of Edomex, Alejandro Gómez Sánchez, as well as the intervention of the JUCOPO for the clarification of his case: “No evidence of the crimes imputed to me since 2015 has been presented ” said Humbertus.
At ten o'clock this Tuesday, members of the group and the Mexican Front in Defense for a Dignified Housing A.C., launched an energetic call for the release of the political prisoner José Humbertus Pérez Espinoza.

Interviewed by telephone from the Chiconautla prison where he is being held, the activist also announced the conditions he faces and said, they are completely discriminatory and violate their right to health: “I have no contact with the population, they do not give me access to educational areas, they have denied me my religious matter, and I am being discriminated against according to Article 5 of the National Law of Criminal Enforcement; for my character, my political activity and for being a defender of Human Rights ”.
Humbertus pointed out that the following three research folders were manufactured from November 9, 2015, later in 2017, a third folder was created under the same concept as the previous two; Theft homeroom.
However, in all the investigation folders, the resolution corresponded to the non-connection to the process and its immediate release, so it stated that since January 25, 2016, it should have been released, from the third investigation folder.
