Work is underway to develop the preliminary projects related to the Guidelines for Councilors, as well as those for Computation, and at the same time, recommendations are being prepared for the preparation of the memory of the district and municipal bodies of the 2021 Electoral Process

IEEM continues with preparations for the electoral process 2021

The Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM) continues working on substantive activities aimed at optimal preparation for the 2021 electoral process, that is why through the Organization Directorate it addresses vital aspects that allow it to have all the necessary elements so that the Citizens go to vote without setbacks and elect on June 6, 2021, the members of the 125 City Councils, the 45 Deputations with a relative majority and the 30 Deputations of Proportional Representation of the Local Legislature.
In such a way that it is working to develop the preliminary projects related to the Guidelines of Councilors, as well as those of Computation for both elections and at the same time the Recommendations for the elaboration of the memory of each of the 170 district and municipal bodies that will be installed for the Electoral Process 2021.
Likewise, the Manual of Procedures for the Operation of District Bodies in Electoral Organization for the Electoral Process 2021 is developed; and also in the preparation of the document that contains the analysis of the collection mechanisms that were used in 2018, information that will serve as the basis for the design of the mechanisms to be implemented in 2021.
Importantly, the development of the design of the Electoral Documentation and Material models for the next electoral process stands out, in accordance with the regulations and the corresponding technical specifications and, in the preparation of the proposal for the Manual of supervision and quality control of printing and production of electoral documentation and material.
On the other hand, those who are members of the National Electoral Professional Service will continue working to meet the collective goals established by the National Electoral Institute.
In this way, the IEEM intensifies the work, even in the face of the contingency caused by the Covid-19, thanks to the use of various technologies such as videoconferences and safeguarding the integrity of the citizenry and its personnel.
