This time, the observations of the federal funds' question that were given to the Estado de Mexico government were for varied motives, from clarity in the question, bad management, lack of supportive documentation of unauthorized money spending and paying. Besides some big important works that were previously made and materials, previously asked, are overvalued.

Adding these observations that belong to the third presentation of results with observations of the second and first presentations (that were delivered on October 2013) the amount of money spent on the elections year and with two governors from the PRI on charge goes by far from 5 thousand 800 million of pesos.

On the first and second presentation of results, came out misappropriation of funds in non-existent works, overvalued works, badly executed or just existent on paper sheets. In addition, in the third presentation, the application of different federal funds and three big works were assessed.

For example, all the grabbed resources in 2017 for a program called “Escuelas al Cien” were reviewed. All this because of the lack of proper channels of clearness in its application. The observed funds were 765 million 708 thousand pesos. 100% of the audited sample was observed (see page 39).

Observations were made on the “Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Básica” to 49.1% of the sample which was equivalent to 197 million 638 thousand 900 pesos.

Additionally, the “Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Pública” some States and Mexico City, are revising the government of the “Estado de México”. With probable recoveries by 70 million 158 thousand 106 pesos. Moreover, the important details are, to have done assessments on the control of trust of police officers, that were not authorized on the unique technical annexe the “FASP-2017” by 50 million 192 thousand 300 pesos (see page 532).

Also, in the security fund were, allegedly made some courses to police officers- apparently not approved nor made- for an approximate of two million 657 thousand 900 pesos.

On an Election year such as 2017 in which Alfredo del Mazo was elected after a wished and questioned process, the “Auditoria Superior de la Federación” points out an important observation on the fund of resources for the “Fortalecimiento de Los Municipios y de las Demascaciones Territoriales“. It states that formulas of the distribution of resources were made incorrectly, in the proportion of the number of inhabitants by each town and indicates that the information of the INEGI was not considered.

On the “Fondo de Fortalecimiento Financiero” (see page 747) talk of possible damage to the Tax Office for approximately 960 million 38 thousand 900 pesos.

In contrast to other years, this time, watch of the new director on the “Auditoria Superior de la Federación” decreased. Results are not given thorough as it was happening do not forget that before Enrique Peña Nieto left, he fired the principal of the organization, responsible, among other things of making the information clear and presenting reports against several dependencies.
