Local Congress abrogated by votes unanimity, two decrees. One from 1945 and the other from 1993, which gave the lifelong pension to ex-governors from the State of México.
There are the decrees 87 made by Isidro Fabela in 1945 and 86 made by Ignacio Pichardo Pagaza, this was made 120 days before he left the charge he was in. This last decree has tacitly instituted the allocation of helping personal (personal security, chauffeur and secretary) to the former governors.
This initiative came up from transparency journalistic jobs made along 10 years. Which showed up the privileges to ex-governors and the congressional representative Azucena Cisneros Coss presents it. This decree was approved by vote unanimity.
