As a proposal from the Partido Verde Ecologista de México and for unanimity of votes the 60th Local Legislature made an agreement which exhorts the local government of Toluca and the general secretary of government, to cancel immediately the permissions given to make the bullfight next Monday. Because it threatens environmental laws and animal rights as “feeling beings”.
