The construction public company that Carlos Hank González designed and operated during his government between 1969 and 1975 in the State of Mexico, has taken as a model to propose what could become the first "Municipal Construction Company" in the country, responsible of carrying out the public work in the capital, which today is concessioned by contracts to dozens of private companies.

It is an innovative project for the most important city in the State of Mexico, which proposes a PEMEX type organization, but small. All this in order to build all kind of public work in the capital, along with technical, material and Human Resources, and even with its own heavy machinery, based on the public company that Professor Carlos Hank founded and operated for many years,

What does the implementation cost? 800 million pesos, but its short and medium-term savings, could average at least one billion annually.

The president of the College of Architects and Urbanists of the State of Mexico, Arturo Chavarría Sánchez, presented the ambitious project to the town council of Toluca, and although it was considered by many as "a madness", it has now begun to be studied with a magnifying glass. Besides being innovative, it would bring important benefits to the capital.
