“ Since I assumed the municipal presidency, the answer to every theft, murder or kidnapping that takes place in this city is my responsibility and I will have to give an explanation both to the public field and in the balance of my life” said the mayor after welcome the working day in which they will seek to strengthen mechanisms and strategies in matters of public safety.
Before the representative of the Secretariat of Public Security, Luis García López Guerrero, the president of the National Conference of Municipal Public Safety, Clara Luz Flores, and mayors of seven states, the mayor of Toluca reiterated that the mayor's office and the municipal presidency are the first levels of contact between citizens and the authority of the State.
