Custodians of Chiconautla would have tortured and killed an intern

A young man, imprisoned in the Chiconautla prison, was allegedly beaten to death by prison guards. According to denunciations made by some relatives outside the centre, it was stated that the man had multiple signs of extreme torture. However, the State of Mexico government’s Secretary of Security reported the case as a "suicide." During a morning press release, the Secretary of Security informed that an inmate's suicide had been reported. The name of the victim was not revealed, despite the transparency invoked during the press.
Later, in social networks, relatives of inmates held in the preventive centre reported that the man was dead by custodians of that prison. For months, corruption in all formalities has been denounced like the manufacturing of culprits and official acts, such as the roll call, for which inmates must pay a fee.
Besides, social media began to circulate different versions identifying the responsible custodians for the murder. These posts asked help to end the preserves of power and corruption that control the prison. Presumed power collusion between authorities, custodians and inmates is said to have been formed within the prison.
