Elements of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico, fulfilled three arrest warrants against a subject investigated for their probable participation in several violations in tort to minors, occurred in that demarcation. This subject, according to the testimonies of the victims, used a machete to threaten and subdue them, then he tied them with his own shoelaces. The first order was granted by a Judge of Control in tort to a teenager, for an event occurred last February, when she walked through the streets of the municipality with his boyfriend and were intercepted by the accused, who threatened them with the weapon and directed them to a solitary area, after maniating the man, he sexually abused the woman.
The second order is for an event that occurred in April, when the victim and a friend were on a hill in Tultitlán lying down and heard noises; the accused who would have followed the same modus operandi of the machete and tied them with laces, would have abused the young woman.
Finally, it is also investigated a case occurred last May, when the victim was in the company of a person in a park, when the subject came again and with the machete had stripped their belongings, then proceed to tie them. Immediately afterwards, he guided them along a lonely road and then hit the passenger until he was unconscious and took advantage of the abuse of the victim.
Derived from a field and cabinet investigation, the elements of the FGJEM detected a subject with the characteristics of the suspect and were able to determine that it was the same subject who would have abused the minors.
This subject will continue to be investigated until ruling out his participation in other cases of sexual abuse in the area, however, he should be considered innocent until there is a conviction against him.
