Through the organization of the 5th Competition of Debate IEEM 2019, and the 1st speech contest IEEM 2019, it is expected to have enrolled the same number of women and men, to reach equality on the argument. Says the director of Citizen Participation from the IEEM, Liliana Martinez Garnica.
To encourage participation and the interest on politic-electoral issues, and civic culture, the Instituto Electoral del Estado de México organizes the 5th Competition of Debate IEEM 2019 and the 1st speech contest IEEM 2019, coming soon. With these, they also look for gender equality, claimed Liliana Martinez Garnica, the Director of Citizen Participation from the IEEM.
When she spoke of both calls, during the program Detrás de tu voto, she explained that who are from 15 years old to 19 years old, and live on the State of Mexico, could compete, in Debate, and in Speech. Since the dates for each one, do not counter. Reason why they expect to be enrolled an equal number of women and men, so they could achieve equality on the argument.
