The deputy of Morena, Alfredo González González presented a law initiative that, if approved, will reduce the permanence in the position of the magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Mexico from 15 to 6 years. In addition to imposing measures to end the "Influence peddling" and nepotism prevailing in the judicial field to date.
The initiative that seeks a fundamental reform in the Judiciary, untouched for years, also proposes that the head of the Judicial School be appointed directly by the Local Congress.
