The parliamentary fraction of Morena in the LX Local Legislature presented an initiative to reform the Local Political Constitution, which if approved will force all governors on duty from 2020, to appear personally before the full chamber to render their annual report of activities and not only deliver it in writing, as it is currently done.
During the session on Tuesday, Deputy Faustino de la Cruz Martínez presented the reform initiative that would establish the obligation to the head of the Executive Branch to “render” in a personal way the report kept by the public administration, as indicated by the constitution, before Popular representation
