The Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (INSUS) will regularize up to 15 thousand houses in Ecatepec, town where the irregularity of the possession represents a serious problem and oscillates between 70 and 80% of the properties.
The mayor Fernando Vilchis Contreras signed some agreements with the insus and the Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (IMEVIS) to move forward on the regularitazion of the possession of land in Ecatepec, the most populated town on the country.
