The results by the OSFEM on how resources were exercised in 2018 during the Alfredo del Mazo Maza government, indicates that of the resources available during the year, 12.8% of transfers were made to the municipalities, while a similar amount, that is, 12.3%, was used to pay public debt.
FINANCIAL DEPENDENCE On the other hand, of the exercise applied in 2018, 64.5% of the funds, that is to say much more than half, correspond to resources from the Federation, which continues to expose a high financial dependence on the State of Mexico, to external resources.
