In the 1st Special Session of the General Council of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM), the agreement was established by which the Public Financing for Ordinary and Specific Activities of the Political Parties accredited and registered with the electoral body for the year was determined 2020, in compliance with the resolution issued by the Electoral Court of the State of Mexico, in the Appeal Resources identified with the keys RA / 3/2020 and RA / 4/2020 accumulated.
Said agreement resolved that for the National Action, Institutional Revolutionary, Democratic Revolution, Labor, Green Ecologist of Mexico, Citizen Movement, MORENA and New Alliance State of Mexico parties, the number of ordinary activities remained at 676 million 977 thousand 921 pesos with 67 cents.
While for its specific activities the amount of 20 million was set, 309 thousand 337 pesos with 65 cents, adding a total between both activities of 697 million 287 thousand 259 pesos with 32 cents.
In turn, I know that the ministrations corresponding to the months of January and February of the current year have already been handed over to the political parties, and every time there is an economic result in their favor in these months due to the increase in public financing that it was originated by the modification in its calculation with the UMA of 2020; In subsequent ministrations, adjustments will be made in order to grant the corresponding differences in the months of March and April, respectively.
Subsequently, the IEEM / CG / 06/2020 Agreement can be modified, which determines the limits of Private Financing that Political Parties can receive for their members and supporters for the year 2020, as well as the annual individual limit of the contributions of approved for the same year, on the occasion of the approval of the IEEM / CG / 09/2020 Agreement, which determined the Public Financing for Ordinary and Specific Activities of the Accredited Political Parties and registered with the IEEM, for the year 2020, in compliance with the resolution issued by the TEEM, in the Appeal Resources identified with the keys RA / 3/2020 and RA / 4/2020 accumulated.
Therefore, the limit of the contributions that each political party may receive from militants, in money or in kind, was modified, leaving a total of 13 million 539 thousand 558 pesos with 43 cents. While, the Second, Third and Fourth points of the Agreement IEEM / CG / 06/2020, did not undergo modifications, so they are
binding in their terms for the political parties. Sincerely
