“Collateral victims” of feminicide violence, will have recognition

The collateral victims of gender crimes as femicides and missing women, children, mothers, husbands or couple of assaulted women will be considered victims as well. Moreover, they eventually will be able to fight for damage repair.

This issue looks to contribute the specialized institutional protection to the collateral victims of femicide violence and to make sure the fast, unobstructed, clear and effective access to justice and to reconstruct full enjoyment of their rights. Where the state must look after for their well-being and survival.
